Hi, my name is Jackie.  I arrived in Misawa back in 2005 with my husband and our two boys, Triston and Dylan.  We are so thankful for the opportunity that we have to be overseas.  I am a self taught cake decorator.  The first year we were here I was upset to see that the commissary did not offer anything that I was looking for.  My oldest son wanted a shark cake; I was so upset when I picked it up.  Thankfully, I was up all night making a rainbow fish cake (my first).  It looked so great that no one wanted to eat it.  I was excited!

So after that, I have been making creations here and there.  Now I want to share this exciting new found talent for others to enjoy.
